What is your shipping policy for spirits and wine?
We ship to most states where legal. Please note that an adult signature (21+) is strictly required upon delivery for all alcohol shipments. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order departs.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package. We will provide a replacement or a full refund for any verified damaged goods.
Can I include a personalized gift note?
Yes! During the checkout process, you will find a 'Gift Message' field. We will include a handwritten or printed note with your order at no extra cost, and we ensure no pricing information is included in gift shipments.
Do you offer local pickup?
Absolutely. If you are in the area, select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection at our flagship store.
