Bold and inspired, this American Single Malt is a celebration of the American West and its intrepid past. The spirit is aged for 5 years in California wine barrels under Arizona heat before hand-selected barrels are blended and finished in aged Cognac casks. The result is a whiskey layered with notes of ripe red fruit, honey, and spiced oats. Honey, graham cracker, caramel, red fruit on the nose. Vanilla custard, nutmeg, clove, sweet oats, fig on the palate. Medium to long sweet finish.
