Prepared over a wood fire and allowed a long decanting and aging process, this medium-bodied Amaro has aromas of bitter herbs, dried fruit and toasted chestnuts, black coffee and floral honey. There is a plush honeyed sweetness on the palate which balances the intense bitter herbs and tannin. Fantastic on its own, or add a little club soda and orange twist for a refreshing aperitif.
