Ocho Tavkveri "Do You Wonder?"

Ocho "Do You Wonder?" Tavkveri Rosé is a natural Georgian rosé from Kartli, made 100% from Tavkveri grapes. Fermented spontaneously in buried qvevri clay vessels, it sees brief skin contact for its soft pink color and aromatic depth. Also aged in qvevri, it develops subtle complexity and is bottled unfiltered and unfined. Pale pink in color, with bright red berries, pomegranate, and floral hints layered over gentle earthy notes. Light-bodied and lively, with fresh fruit flavors, a whisper of spice, and a soft tannic frame, finishing crisp and refreshing.
